The Bulls are currently on another 4 game winning streak. If my calculations are accurate, this is their 4th streak of at least 4 games this season. Last season I don't think they even had a streak of 4 games at all, but I could be wrong. The Bulls are now only 12 wins away from matching their win total from last season and there's still a month and a half to go until the season ends. On this date last year, the Bulls were 25-31, 6 games under .500. And to think, that was with the beloved Ben Gordon. I would say Luol Deng has MORE than made up for Ben Gordon's offensive production with his stellar season. Meanwhile, Gordon is having an awful season. But I'm going on a tangent here, so let me get back to tonight's matchup. The Bulls are playing the Wizards. The Wizards are HORRIBLE. The Bulls will destroy them. There isn't much else to say. I really do not even know what the Wizards' starting lineup is going to look like. All I know is that Josh Howard will be in it. The Wizards have completely dismantled their team. Arenas...gone. Jamison...gone. Caron butler...gone. Brendan Haywood...gone. Who else can possibly score besides Josh Howard? I guess Andray Blatche? I guess this is what rebuilding looks like. Reminds me of 1999 in Chicago. In case you do not recall, that was the Bull team led by Toni Kukoc, Ron Harper, and Randy Brown...and yes, those were the three best players on the team in that year. Unless you consider Kornel David underrated. Just for fun, and for a good laugh, you should check out that team's roster here.  I guess Josh Howard is the Toni Kukoc equivalent for the Wizards.  His supporting cast is hopeless though.  I mean maybe Mike Miller can score some points now that he's healthier, but I wouldn't count on it too much. Tonight, Luol Deng definitely will cancel out any production by Josh Howard.  In fact, I expect Luol Deng to outplay Howard both offensively and defensively.  Unfortunately, I think Howard peaked early, and will never be the player that he was a few years ago.  Deng is both a much better shooter and rebounder at this point.  Plus, his length should give Howard plenty of problems on offense. With the return of Joakim Noah, and Taj Gibson playing like a beast lately, I have no idea who will compete for rebounds on the Wizards.  Plus, Brad Miller and Hakim Warrick are no slouches either.  I mean I know the Bulls have had  a few blowouts lately, and they're due for a competitive game, but I just don't see how this game can be competitive tonight.  And I haven't even talked about Derrick Rose yet.  Who's possibly going to guard him?  Randy Foye?  Good luck. I look forward to seeing how the new Bulls continue to perform in their roles off the bench.  Flip Murray and Hakim Warrick have truly bolstered our bench production.  As I predicted, Murray has thus far done exactly what John Salmons was able to do production-wise, but with crisper and more efficient passing.  Hakim Warrick is ions ahead of Tyrus Thomas in terms of productivity and basketball IQ.  I don't wanna hear anything about points per 36 minutes or blocks per 36 minutes...BECAUSE I DON'T CARE.  Just watch the game, see how he moves the ball and just knows what to do with it.  See how he creates a threat in the post which allows the Bulls to spread the court more effectively.  These things simply cannot be measured.  Just watch, Tyrus-lovers.  Not with your calculate, but with your eyes.  This team just got significantly better. Prediction:  Bulls win 106-90 for another road victory.  Unless something goes terribly wrong, or the Bulls shoot close to 30% (which I suppose could happen), I don't see how this game could or should be close.  Please don't eff it up, Bulls.  Thanks.
