And we can all stop holding our breath now. Rip signed a 3 year deal today. 2 years and $10 mill guaranteed and a 3rd year $5 mill option. Gonna be weird seeing him as a Bull, but if he will give D-Wade fits as so many are reporting, then he will end up having been a huge acquisition. Can't say I'm jumping up and down like some other free-agent hungry Bulls fans, but he should help the Bulls pull out close games...and that says a lot for a team that won 62 games last season.
Can't wait to see Rip's face when he's introduced at the first home game. Bulls fans are rabid and appreciate any free agent who comes here and increases our chances of bringing that trophy back home.
